Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Japan Post.

(orders within Japan)

Products will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 days after payment is completed.

Please note that if an item is out of stock, it will become a pre-order item and will be shipped within 40 days.

We may not be able to deliver as requested to Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas. Also, delivery may be delayed due to weather or other circumstances.

If the product is returned due to long-term absence, incorrect address, etc., we will cancel your order.
