Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services provided on this website by DELIFE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Management of User Passwords)
Users shall manage their user passwords for this service appropriately at their own responsibility.
Users may not transfer, lend, or share their user passwords with any third party under any circumstances. If the combination of the user password matches the registered information and login occurs, the Company will consider the use to be by the user who registered that user ID.
Our company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of a user password by a third party, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by our company.
Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)
Users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by our company and displayed on this website for the paid parts of this service by the method designated by our company.
If a user delays payment of usage fees, the user shall pay a late damage fee at an annual rate of 14.6%.
Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)
Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service.
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activities
Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in this service's content
Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of servers or networks of our company, other users, or other third parties
Acts of commercially using information obtained through this service
Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services
Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
Collecting or accumulating personal information, etc., about other users
Acts of using this service for illegal purposes
Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties
Impersonating other users
Advertising, solicitation, or business activities on this service not authorized by us
Acts aimed at meeting unfamiliar members of the opposite sex
Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company’s services
Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to users if it determines any of the following reasons.
When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system related to this Service
If the provision of this Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
If computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
Other cases where the Company deems it difficult to provide this Service
We shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.
Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
If a user falls under any of the following, we may restrict the use of all or part of the service or delete the user's registration without prior notice.
If any provision of these Terms is violated
If it is found that there are false facts in the registered information
In case of non-fulfillment of payment obligations such as fees
If there is no response for a certain period to contact from the Company
If there has been no use of this Service for a certain period since the last use
Other cases where the Company deems the use of this Service inappropriate
Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to actions taken by our company under this article.
Article 8 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from this service by following the withdrawal procedures prescribed by us.
Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability)
We do not explicitly or implicitly guarantee that this service is free from any factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from this service. However, if the contract between us and the user regarding this service (including these terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption provision shall not apply.
Even in cases stipulated in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from special circumstances caused to users due to our breach of obligations or torts (excluding gross negligence) (including cases where we or the user could have foreseen the occurrence of damages). Furthermore, compensation for damages caused to users by our breach of obligations or torts (excluding gross negligence) shall be limited to the amount of usage fees received from the user in the month the damage occurred.
Our company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between users or between users and third parties in connection with this service.
Article 10 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
Our company may change the content of the service or suspend the provision of the service without notifying users and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)
Our company may change these terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary. If a user starts using the service after the change, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.
Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

Article 13 (Notices or Communications)
Notices or communications between the user and our company shall be conducted by the methods prescribed by our company. Unless the user submits a change notification in the manner separately prescribed by our company, the currently registered contact information shall be deemed valid, and notices or communications shall be sent to that contact information, which shall be considered received by the user at the time of sending.
Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer or pledge their position under the usage contract or their rights or obligations under these terms to a third party without our prior written consent.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these terms.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
