This leather is made by the prestigious Italian tannery “Tempesti,” founded in 1946 and located in the Santa Croce district. Wax is sprayed onto the surface, giving the leather a whitish finish.
The surface of waxed leather is white, as if covered in mist, but with use it softens and reveals the leather’s original color and character.
Because it is waxed, the leather is less prone to picking up dirt, and its aging develops gradually.
Used for wallets, bags, and more.
“Lo Stivale”?
This leather is made by the prestigious Italian tannery “Lo Stivale,” founded in 1958 and located in the Santa Croce district. It is characterized by its elegant, rich color and develops beautifully over time.
Used for belts, handles, and more.

・Japanese vegetable-tanned cowhide?
We use Japanese vegetable-tanned cowhide from Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan’s largest leather-producing region.
Among these leathers, the softest ones with a supple feel are rare because they require considerable time and effort to produce. The surface is treated to help prevent dirt, so you can use it without excessive concern.
Used for Drawstringbag, Multistrap&pouch, and more.

This material is said to account for just 10% of the leather produced worldwide. Because it is tanned using plant saps and other natural materials, it is environmentally friendly and commonly called eco-leather. By contrast, chrome leather, which accounts for 90%, is made using chemicals, and ocean pollution caused by wastewater has become a social issue. Therefore, to help create a sustainable society, we actively use eco-leather that is environmentally friendly and develops beautiful character over time.
