Material

Made with vegetable-tanned cowhide from the Italian tannery Tempesti.

Leather finished with a whitish appearance by spraying wax onto its surface.

Vegetable-tanned natural leather is also called eco-leather because its production does not discharge wastewater, helping protect the global environment. The way it develops with age varies depending on how it is used, but the more it is used, the more lustrous it becomes and the deeper its color grows.

Q&A

Q. Are banknotes easy to insert and remove?

A. Yes, cards can be inserted and removed without any problem, but a little technique may be needed if the banknotes are damp or creased.

Q. I want to carry a lot of cards. Is that possible?

A. By default, it holds 6–7 cards, but after several months of use, the leather gradually adapts to its shape and begins to hold more cards. The aging sample in the attached video can hold 15 cards after about six months of use. Please see the attached video for details.

Q. Should I be concerned about color transfer?
A. We use Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide. Although it is leather that is unlikely to transfer color, please take care when wearing it with white or other light-colored clothing, just in case.
