Shipping Policy

Products are delivered by Japan Post or Sagawa Express.

(Domestic orders in Japan)

Products are usually delivered within 3-5 days after payment is completed.

For Okinawa, remote islands and some areas, delivery may not be possible as requested. Delivery may also be earlier or later than expected due to weather or other circumstances.

If a product is returned to us due to an extended absence or an incomplete address, the order will be cancelled.

(Shipping fees)

¥650 nationwide / Free shipping on orders of ¥20,000 or more

(International orders)
