Q. Does it support both neck-wearing and crossbody styles?
A. Yes. The strap length can be adjusted between 47 and 83 cm. Shortening it allows neck-wearing, and lengthening it allows crossbody use (up to a length that fits into your bottom pocket).

A. Yes. By attaching the separately sold optional "Mobile strap holder," you can customize it as a mobile strap for your smartphone.
Q. How thick is the strap?
A. The strap thickness is about 4mm. It is a thicker strap, so it is less likely to dig in and cause discomfort.
Q. Should I worry about color transfer?
A. The leather is durable and resistant to scratches. While it is generally resistant to color transfer, since it is natural leather, the possibility is not zero. Please be cautious when pairing it with white or light-colored clothing.
Q. Can you provide gift wrapping?

Q. How much is the shipping fee?
A. ¥650 nationwide flat rate / ¥1,500 for Okinawa. For overseas shipping, the price will be based on the destination.

Delivery date
・Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after purchase.
・Closed days: Every Monday and Tuesday, public holidays, and from 12/29 to 1/6, all shipping and customer service operations will be closed, so please be aware.
※The last shipment of the year will be on 12/29 (orders placed by 12/28 will be shipped).
・Orders from overseas: Products will usually be delivered within 14-30 days after payment is completed.
